We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to join our team based in Turtle Creek, PA, full-time, Monday-Friday. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the production planning process and client communications. This role requires a proactive individual with a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We are seeking team members who share our company values and have a desire to help create a progressive and collaborative work environment.
What you’ll do as the Project Manager:
Prepare program data for CNC saw to fabricate facade panel materials.
Plan project releases in coordination with the production team to meet deadlines and project requirements, ensuring timely and organized workflow.
Prepare fabrication trackers, cut orders, crate layouts, technical documents, and labels for the production team.
Provide proactive and consistent client communication, including regular project status updates.
Coordinate the timely preparation, delivery, and return of submittals to clients and architects.
Collaborate with the drafting team to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Contribute to daily fabrication status reports and track progress toward production goals.
Coordinate and lead initiatives to improve fabrication processes, driving efficiency and quality in production.
Work closely with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues as they arise.
Coordinate project-specific material procurement.
What should be in your tool kit:
Education or experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or a related field.
5+ years of experience.
Strong technical skills, including experience with CAD and Excel.
Experience with reading architectural drawings.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to resolve technical and adaptive challenges.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where the playbook is being created.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Architectural Panel Fabricator to join our team based in Turtle Creek, PA. This is a contract-to-hire position, full-time, Monday-Friday. As an Architectural Panel Fabricator, you will be responsible for executing a variety of tasks surrounding facade panel fabrication. You will work in a hands-on environment, gaining experience with CNC machinery, wet saw, forklift, and shop operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team, and takes pride in delivering precise and accurate work. Success in this role requires a strong work ethic, a proactive mindset, and the ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and peers.

Panel Fabrication
Load and run programs on CNC machine to cut and drill panel parts. Select cutting tools, machine speeds, and feed rates to produce desired parts. Determine reference points and direction of machine cutting paths.
Operate the wet saw to cut panels parts.
Inspect finished parts for correct dimensions, finishes, and quality; keep records of errors and flaws.
Adhere to a daily schedule and document any challenges or roadblocks that impede workflow or require a shift in tasks.
Achieve a high quality of work measured by accuracy, neatness, and attention to detail with minimal amount of rework. Convey personal commitment to quality by demonstrating focus, attentiveness, and accountability.
Change programs and tooling as required per production plan.
Operate vacuum lift and handle material carefully.
Daily set up and shut down of machine, including performance of routine calibration runs and cleaning.
Shipping & Receiving
Load finished panels into crates for shipment.
Unload and receive deliveries, verifying contents and organizing materials.
Collect and package materials for outgoing shipments.
Operate forklift to transport materials within the shop.
Participate in production meetings and team meetings.
Perform basic routine maintenance of shop equipment and troubleshoot unexpected issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including daily sweeping, garbage removal, and material organization.
Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as painting, operating table saws, organizing, and inventory.
Adhere to health and safety programs, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
What should be in your tool kit:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work productively on a repetitive basis is required.
Basic tool knowledge with the ability to adapt to new equipment.
Flexible and open to direction, willing to learn, and accepting constructive feedback readily.
Safety-conscious mindset and commitment to workplace safety.
Commitment to working as part of a team to achieve daily and weekly goals.

Additional Requirements:
Contract-to-hire position, with the potential for long-term employment based on performance.
Physical Requirements: this position requires the ability to move on a continuous basis to efficiently get to various work areas, prolonged standing, and must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Experience with the following is a plus, but not required:
Experience in manufacturing, service, or assembly is preferred.
Operation of: CNC Machine, Wet Saw, Drill Press, Forklift, Table Saw, and Pallet Strapping
What we provide:
Hourly starting at $20.00 an hour, commensurate with experience.
Paid Time Off (available upon transition to full-time hire).
